Bring the kids, food and presents and our qualified coaches will set up and supervise the children while they play.

Party Procedures

• First hour down on the floor with freeplay or coach run games/activites THEN
• 30-45 minutes up in the kitchen having party food, cake and opening presents etc THEN 
• Last 15 minutes is final play for children on gym floor WHILE the parents clean up in the kitchen/dining room area and vacate the building on time
• WE ask that you leave within 15 minutes of your allocated time as we may have another party, group or class in after your group.  Failure to do so will result in you being charged for extra time ($50 per 15 minutes)
• Please remember to bring your own tea towels and rubbsih bags as you will need to take your rubbish home with you

Booking Procedures

1. Log on and book a party through the sign up link below.
2. Reply to your confirmation email with the age of children attending and any special requests of activity or structure for your party.
3. If over 20 children confirm the number of children attending the party at least 10 days before your party date.
4. Pay immediately upon receiving the generated Invoice for the $50.00 non refundable deposit.  Parties cancelled within 10 days of the party date will be charged $100.00.
5. The Invoice number should be used as your reference when internet banking.
6. The final invoice will be sent the week of the party and this must be paid prior to the party date.
