School Holiday Programmes
Kāpiti Gymnastics School Holiday Programme is based around having fun, doing circuits and exploring the gym as well as guided-play.
The age range for all of our holiday programmes is 5-12 years.
September/October 2026 Holiday Programme Dates
These school holidays we are running 10 days of holiday programme:
Monday 28 September - Friday 9 October

Please note if you cannot book a particular day that means the session is full. Contact us to enquire about going on a waitlist - please do not turn up on the day expecting to drop off your child if you have not received a booking confirmation.
Holiday Programme Info
We run a variety of games, team challenges, relays and more. Children also have the option of colouring, drawing, and board games.
What to bring:
Backpack containing the following -
- Drink bottle
- Snack if staying for half day
- Lunch if staying for full day
- Appropriate clothing for physical activity
Session times:
- Morning 10:00am-12:30pm
- Afternoon 12:30pm-3:00pm
- Full day 10:00am-3:00pm
We also offer an Early Bird drop-off 9.00am - 10.00am for $8.00 during our preschooler play session (this will be quiet activity time - not on the gym floor).

Parkour Holiday Programme Info
Please note - there is no Parkour holiday programme running in the September/October 2026 school holidays
The Parkour Holiday Programme is a structured parkour lesson, which has a focus on strength, agility, balance, speed, power, co-ordination and of course fun! There will be an opportunity for games and free play at the end of the day as well.
What to bring:

- Snack if staying for half day
- Lunch if staying for full day
- Appropriate clothing for physical activity
Preschooler Drop-in Sessions School Holiday Schedule
During school holidays, we will be running a different schedule for the Crawlers & Walkers, and Explorers sessions, which will be released here and on social media toward the end of the school term.
These will be run at 9:00-9:45am only, as our holiday programme starts from 10:00am
September/October School Holidays:
Monday 28th September and 5th October - Explorers 9:00-9:45am
Tuesday 29th September and 6th October - Explorers 9:00-9:45am
Wednesday 30th September and 7th October - Crawlers & Walkers 9:00-9:45am
Thursday 1st and 8th October - Crawlers & Walkers 9:00-9:45am
Friday 2nd and 9th October - Explorers 9:00-9:45am
Sunday 4th and 11th October - Explorers 9:00-9:45am
